As all items are handmade, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed. We only provide exchanges or store credit notes. Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with product photos or an unboxing video in case of missing/damaged items. Exchange shipping charges of ₹200 are to be borne by the customer. Sale items, customised products, and international orders are not eligible for exchange.
