All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from one another.
We are not selling precious metals/findings. All our pieces are artificial.
All our products go through quality control before shipping.
Since each product is exclusively handmade with immense care and love, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS and REFUNDS ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED, WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGE AND CREDIT NOTE.
FOR MISSING PRODUCT :
Please share complete unboxing video of the package to claim any missing / damage piece. NO UNBOXING NO CLAIM.
Exchange Policy- INDIA
- We only exchange products within 24 hours after delivery and do not refund in case the customer doesn’t like the product(s).
- Items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange/return.
- Customized/personalised orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange/return.
- A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
- For Exchange, customers need to bear Pickup & Re-shipping charges which is Rs.200/- all over India
- After paying Rs.200 If attempted pickup if failed return is cancelled.
Exchange Policy- INTERNATIONAL
- Refunds are applicable ONLY in case of lost shipments.
- International orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
- Exchange is accepted ONLY if the order is damaged in transit or the customer has received a wrong product.
STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR EXCHANGE:
- Kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery, for which the customer needs to e-mail us at support@ghaniphutri.com or whatsapp us on +91-7727048507 with the order number and product picture. ( we have chat support only )
Note: We request you to kindly be patient after raising the query as our working hours are 10 AM - 6 PM (Monday-Saturday). Our team will be happy to take up your queries as soon as they are back at their desk - Once the concerned team checks the description & confirms the damage/ incorrect product, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer regarding the approval of the exchange or return.
- The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is picked by the logistics to our billing address.
- Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for returned or exchanged items will be borne by the customer only (₹200)
- Once we receive the product(s), we will then inspect and check the physical product. We shall dispatch fresh / correct product, as per Ghani Phutri policy.
- Product must be unused and untempered to be eligible for exchange.
- It may take longer than usual time to ship the exchanged product.
- All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
